Eco-Chalets

A weekend in Monthey, Switzerland, documenting architectural landmarks by Montalba Architects: the Whitepod Eco-Chalets. 
The project consists of 21 prefabricated timber structures, designed to weather with time, where their locally sourced larch façades gradually blend into the alpine landscape. Inside, understated materials like OSB create a tactile dialogue with the outdoors, while expansive windows frame the ever-changing valley light.

Commissioned by the Swiss boutique social media agency AVAN Studios, this visual series was created to elevate Montalba Architects' presence in the swiss-german architecture landscape and showcase their masterfully executed built works in Switzerland.
